A Reiki Session is a wonderfully relaxing experience whereby healing energy is channeled from from Universal Energy Field to parts of your body that are in need of healing energy.  The Reiki Practitioner facilitates the transfer of the energy by lightly placing their hands respectively on or over various areas of the body.

A Moments Of Magic Reiki session includes super relaxing background music, the fragrance of mind calming essential oils and a very comfortable massage therapy bed for you to lay down on.  Reiki Sessions are usually 45 minutes in length, but can also be combined with Reflexology and/or Relaxation Hypnosis for longer complete mind & body treatment sessions.

Question: Are people fully clothed when they have a Reiki Session?
Answer: Yes. We do not offer any services that require the removal of anything but your socks (reflexology).  When you come for a Reiki session it is best if you wear clothing made of cotton.

Question: How will I know that I benefit from Reiki?
Answer: During a Reiki session you will feel the infrared energy from the practitioners hands (even when they are not in direct contact with your body), your body will enter into a deeply relaxed Parasympathetic state in which your body has the ability to de-stress, heal and restore itself. You will feel very relaxed and content after your session.

Question: Is your Studio Private?
Answer: Yes, our studio is fully enclosed for your privacy with beautiful Japanese style glass doors.

Question: How do I know that I am being treated by a qualified Reiki Practitioner?
Answer: Your practitioner is fully trained by an RAC approved instructor & our qualification certificate is in full view
