Reflexology Treatments help eliminate winter blues…

It’s officially winter and if you think like us, then you’re probably wishing your were in Florida or some other warm location right about now.  This isn’t possible for most of us, so we recommend a totally relaxing and de-stressing 1 hour Reflexology session to take the edge off winter!

Our warm studio awaits you (and a friend or spouse if you want to have a session together).  You’ll be treated to a 1 hour relaxing Reflexology Session by a RRCO Certified Reflexologist, enjoy soothing music (we even have caribbean and cuban music if you want that vacation feeling) and have all your body systems brought into balance and harmony so that you’ll feel wonderful for days!

About Reflexology:

Reflexology is a Holistic Treatment whereby reflex points on the feet are massaged and stimulated. These reflex points correspond to all the glands, organs and skeletal structure of the body.  By stimulating these points the Reflexologist is able to detect energy congestion and in many case “clear” it to restore balance and harmony.  Reflexology has been in use for thousands of years and originated at the Medicine Temples in Japan.

Reflexology practitioners in Ontario are self regulated by a professional associate called the Reflexology Registration Council of Ontario.  Although some Insurance companies now cover Reflexology treatments under “other holistic treatments” the RRCO is still working hard to get more insurance companies to cover reflexology.  If you want to find out if your health insurance company covers Reflexology, please contact your insurance company.

Pricing:

We offer full 1 hour Reflexology sessions for just $55.00.  If you decide to purchase a block of 3 sessions, you save $15.00 per session ( 3 session package is just $120.00).  Please feel free to call us at 905-571-6540 for more information or to book an appointment.
